USDA funded $1 MILLION to FARMERS

Professor Rudy Ortiz has received $1 million from the USDA to continue his successful FARMERS program, which focuses on undergraduate research training in agriculture-related sciences and features outreach to younger students to get them excited about becoming the next generation of scientists.
